Your written quote covers the agreed cameras, recorder and storage, standard cable routing, installation, configuration, app setup and system walkthrough. Any unusual access requirements or extra cabling are identified before work begins.
SecureNest does not charge a monthly fee to use the installed camera system. Optional third-party services such as cloud storage, internet or cellular service may have their own fees if you choose them.
Most residential installations are completed in one day. Larger properties, commercial spaces or complex cable routes may require additional time, which we confirm during the assessment.
Yes. We configure secure remote viewing on your compatible phone or tablet and walk you through live view, playback and alerts before we leave.
Warranty coverage is package-specific: Essential includes three years, while Advanced and Complete include five years. Your written quote states the exact coverage and terms.
Yes. We plan recorder capacity and cable routes with future coverage in mind, so additional compatible cameras can usually be added later.
